FRANKLIN
Mary Magdalene (Fitzgerald) Marshall, age 87, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2016 at Christina Place in Franklin.
Mary was born on Jan. 17, 1929 in Milan, Tennessee to Willie May Fitzgerald and Catherine Bell (Butler) Fitzgerald. Mary worked for many years on the assembly line at Western Electric in Indianapolis.
She married Ralph S. Marshall, who precedes her in death.
Survivors include two daughters, Cathy Cloe and Rhonda Kelly; four sisters, Mildred Durham, Dorothy Collins, Joyce Blackwell and Rethea Chandler; five grandchildren, Shawn McCormick, Andy Cloe, Brittany Cloe, Clint Kelly and Casey Kelly; and three great-grandchildren.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one son, Roger Marshall; one grandson, Roger Brian Marshall; two brothers, Bill and Carl Fitzgerald; and four sisters, Earlene Durham, Lorene Reaves, Margie Armstrong and Catherine Fitzgerald.
You are invited to attend the funeral service for Mary M. Marshall at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Wilson-St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory- Greenwood Chapel at 481 W. Main St., Greenwood. The family will be receiving guests from 11 a.m. until the time of service.
