Clifford Neal Turley

Clifford Neal Turley, 87, of Greenwood, passed away, Thursday, Aug. 31, 2016.

He was born Sept. 21, 1928 in Elkridge, West Virginia to the late James Theodore and Arbutus Redman Turley. Clifford served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War and worked for Allison Gas Turbine General Motor for 27 years and retired in 1993.

Clifford was preceded in death by his wife, Margie Stinson Turley; sister, Carolyn Sue Carver.

He is survived by his sons, Mike (Leigh) Turley and Richard (Patricia) Turley; sisters, Lenore Null, Geneva Buchanan; and four grandchildren, Josh, Chris, Adam, Caitlyn Turley.

Calling hours will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service & Crematory – Greenwood Chapel, 481 W. Main St. Pastor Neal Bell will officiate a funeral service at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Entombment will take place in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens Cemetery.
