Jewell Keith, 87, Indianapolis, died Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2016.
Survivors include children, Brookie (Bill) Black of Indianapolis and Tim (Melissa) Keith of Indianapolis; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and sister, Elise Hampton.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ozie Keith, and two daughters, Marsha Mangino and Carolyn Keith.
Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. The funeral service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
