INDIANAPOLIS
Rex A. “Smiley” Coy, 46, of Indianapolis, died on Sunday, Aug. 28, 2016.
Survivors include his parents, Raymond and Martha Coy; children, Ryan, Spencer, Savanaa, Catie and Cloee Coy; and sister, Peggy A. (Doug) Burnette.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the celebration of life service at 3 p.m. today at G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis.
