Lola Mae (Reynolds) Baker Miller

Lola Mae (Reynolds) Baker Miller, 90, of Franklin, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 25, 2016, at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin.

She was born Aug. 27, 1925, in Joplin, Missouri to Edwin and Mayme (Colliflower) Reynolds.

She married Herbert Baker, he preceded her in death on March 11, 1967. She later married Carl Miller, he preceded her in death on Aug. 21, 1988.

She was a member of Bluff Creek Christian Church and the Bargersville Senior Citizens Center.

She enjoyed crocheting, cooking and especially making her chili, chocolate pies and lasagna.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Survivors include two sons Kenneth P. Baker (Jackie) of Greenwood and Russell “Rusty” Baker (Faith) of Indianapolis, three daughters Linda C. Kolthoff (Jack) of Bargersville, Janis S. Cooper (Clayton) of Nineveh and Sandra D. Hansford (Dwayne) of Shelbyville; 12 grandchildren; 19 nineteen great-grandchildren; two brothers, Edwin Reynolds (Jean) of Bargersville and Rush Reynolds of Whiteland, sisters Fern Whitten of Greenwood and Judy Baylor (Darrell) of Anderson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, three brothers Forrest “Frosty” Reynolds, James Reynolds, Bill F. Reynolds, and a sister Marcella Dickinson.

The Reverend Charles Stanley will conduct a service at 2 p.m. on Monday  at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 U.S. 31 South (Morton Street) in Franklin. Friends may call 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday  at the mortuary and 1 p.m. until the service time on Monday. Burial will be at Bluff Creek Cemetery in Greenwood.
