GREENWOOD
Evaline “Joyce” Bell Reuter, 73, of Greenwood, peacefully passed away surrounded by her family on Aug. 20, 2016.
She was born on Aug. 24, 1942, in Carter County, Kentucky.
Joyce led a wonderfully full life — she treasured her family more than anything, and was an amazing mother, grandmother, wife and best friend.
Joyce enjoyed every minute of being retired and looked forward to dog sitting, cooking for her family and taking road trips.
Joyce is survived by her loving husband, Ron Reuter of more 20 years; her four children, Roxana Adkins, Donny Tackett, Debbie Carver and Arthur Jr. Tackett; her seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many more step-grandchildren.
Along with her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her 11 siblings; and first husband, father of her children, Arthur Tackett.
Celebration of life services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Wilson St. Pierre Greenwood Chapel, 481 W. Main St., Greenwood. Visitation will be from noon until the time of service.
