Next weekend, an annual day of bargain shopping combines with a fish fry for a weekend of deals and eats.
The 10-mile-long garage sale will be Aug. 27 in conjunction with Marietta fish fry, which begins at 8 a.m.
To get to the sales from Edinburgh, take State Road 252 east to County Line Road and turn left at the last road before the Shell station. The intersection will be marked with a large sign and white arrows will point out the route.
Another route is to take U.S. 31 south to Arthur’s Roto Grill and turn east, or use a GPS to 7478 W. 600 South for a starting point.
Homes along the road, as well as Greensburg Road, Marietta and Mount Auburn, will have garage sales.
