Mr. Timothy Allen “Tim” Haywood, age 55, of Deputy, formerly of Greenwood, entered this life on Jan. 5, 1961, in Franklin.

He was the loving son of Jerry Eugene Haywood and Bonnie Farley Seniour.

Tim was raised in Greenwood and was a 1979 graduate of Center Grove High School.

He grew up in the Greenwood Baptist Church in Greenwood.

While attending high school he played football all four years, basketball his freshman year and in various softball leagues.

He worked for Walker Egg Hatchery.

Tim attended Ivy Tech and the University of Wisconsin receiving his HVAC certificate.

In February of 1984 Tim was united in marriage to Teresa Whitaker and was blessed with one daughter, Ashley and one son, Zachary.

He worked as an electrician for Delta Faucet in Greensburg, for more than 10 years and resided in Greensburg for several years. In 1999 Tim moved to Deputy and started working for Pepsi Cola as an electrician in Austin, Indiana.

On May 1, 2004, Tim was united in marriage to Charlotte Marie Lamb at Lick Branch Baptist Church in Deputy, by Charlotte’s father, Pastor Ernie Lamb. This happy union of 12 years was blessed with one son, Matthew Russell.

Tim loved to watch and feed the birds, watch NASCAR, football, work in his yard, make brass crosses and listen to Bob Seger and George Strait.

Tim held membership in the New Life Chapel and attended the Solid Rock Community Church.

Tim was a devoted husband, loving dad, son, brother, uncle and friend.

Tim died Friday, Aug. 12, 2016, at 2:30 p.m. at his residence in Deputy.

Tim will be missed by his loving wife of 12 years, Charlotte Haywood of Deputy; his beloved mother and stepfather, Bonnie Seniour and her husband Conrad of Indianapolis; his loving daughter, Ashley Haywood and her fiancée, Bryan Baughman of Indianapolis; his loving sons, Zachary Haywood and his companion Ashleigh Poling of Madison and Matthew Russell Haywood of Deputy; his loving stepdaughter, Shawna Lackey of Deputy; his adoring grandchildren, Brady and Ciara Lackey; his loving father-in-law and mother-in-law, Pastor Ernie and Joyce Lamb of Deputy; his loving stepbrother, Eric Seniour and his wife Amy of Oil City, Pennsylvania, his loving stepsister, Denise McMahon of Nickelville, Pennsylvania; his loving brothers, Terry Haywood of Brookfield and Daniel Haywood of Plainfield; his loving brother-in-law, Marlin Lamb and his wife, Kelly Henderson of Deputy, his loving sister-in-law, Marsha Lamb of Deputy; his loving uncles, Ron Farley of Greenwood, Jack Farley and his wife Marcia of Indianapolis; several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Benson and Pauline Farley, Vernal and Ona Haywood; his father, Jerry Eugene Haywood, died April 19, 2015; and his aunt, Geraldine Goodwin.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday by Pastor Mike Shuler at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison. Interment will follow in the Lick Branch Cemetery near Deputy. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today and 9 a.m. until the service time Wednesday at Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre.
