The Edinburgh Lions Club will sponsor a prince and princess contest during the 2016 Edinburgh Fall Festival.
The last day to register will be Friday.
The club reserves the right to cancel the contest if there are fewer than four boys and four girls registered.
Registration forms can be picked at the Edinburgh library.
The prince and princess will be crowned on Sept. 17 following the fall festival parade.
Registration is open to 3, 4 and 5-year-olds living in the Edinburgh area. Five-year-olds may not turn 6 prior to Sept. 17.
Only one child per family may register.
Each child who registers will receive a $50 gift certificate to the Toys R Us, an 8-by-10 framed picture, and a ride bracelet.
Prince and princess winners will receive a battery-powered vehicle; prince and princess runners-up will receive a bicycle.
Best-decorated canister will receive a gift card.
