GREENWOOD
Michael John LaRosa, 62, Greenwood, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2016.
He was born in Beech Grove on March 10, 1954, to Salvatore M. and Madeline M. Danna LaRosa.
Michael owned and operated his own business working as a property manager leasing commercial business space.
He was a member of the Rotary Club of Greenwood.
Michael is survived by his wife, Dian LaRosa; children, Salvatore “Sonny” LaRosa (Sara), Tyler Sutton and Dylan Sutton (Sarah); grandchildren, James Allen Sutton and Landon Tyler Morgan-Sutton; sisters, Mary Lou Morrison, Josephine Ann Beck-Jennings (Bill), Antoinette Connolly (Ed), Frances Klene (Jim); and his brothers, Joseph, Salvatore (Ron) and Paul (Kathy).
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother-in-law, Jim Morrison, and his sister-in-law, Delores LaRosa.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Mark Catholic Church. Visitation will be 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Daniel F. O’Riley Funeral Home where prayers will be said at 10:30 a.m. on Monday prior to Mass. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or St. Mark Catholic Church.
