Rich Gotshall of Franklin has been named Indiana United Methodist local church historian of the year.
Gotshall is a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Franklin, where he has served as historian for more than two decades.
The award was presented by the Indiana Conference of the United Methodist Church Commission on Archives and History.
