Kaylee Lynn Kelley, 25, died on Aug. 5, 2016. She was a resident of Indianapolis.
She is survived by her children, Jadaven Frye and Maelynn Kelley; mother, Tracy Holt; father, Larry Frye Jr.; and brother, Thairon Bright.
Services will be private.
