INDIANAPOLIS
Jack H. Seymour, 82, of Indianapolis, died Sunday, July 31, 2016.
Survivors include his children, Pam (Gary) Lohkamp, Rodger E. (Shannon) Seymour and Dexter R. Seymour; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Ruth Lanan; and two brothers, Harold Seymour and Donald “Dick” Seymour.
Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. Friday at G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave. Friends may call from 2 p.m. until the time of service Friday at the funeral home.
