Local Girl Scouts are calling all girls in Grades K-12 and their families to learn more about the organization.
Girl Scouts is adding girls to existing troops and forming new troops for all ages — kindergarten through high school. The troops are also recruiting adult volunteers.
Two recruitment nights are planned.
The first begins at 6 p.m. Aug. 15 at the Greenwood Pubic Library, 310 S. Meridian St. The next night also begins at 6 p.m. and will be Aug. 31 at White River Library, 1664 Library Blvd., Greenwood.
