Someone vandalized a Whiteland Police Department car while it was parked in Franklin on Sunday night or Monday morning.
The new police car had been spray painted while it was parked in the driveway of a home in a subdivision on the east side of Franklin, according to a Franklin police report.
The police stickers on the vehicle also had been covered with black paint, the report said.
