INDIANAPOLIS
Jerome “Jerry” E. Joest, 83, of Indianapolis, died, Thursday, July 21, 2016.
Survivors include his children, Debbie Gonzales, David Joest, Donald Joest, Julie Gioscio, Sherri Gonzales, Karen Brewer and Rick Joest; 19 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosie Joest, daughter, Carol Joest.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon today at G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home. Prayers will be conducted at noon followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 1 p.m. at Nativity Catholic Church, 7225 Southeastern Ave., Indianapolis. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
