The Greenwood Community High School football team is raising funds for Special Olympics.
The team is hosting a car wash Saturday at the Bob Evans restaurant off State Road 135.
Team members will wash cars from 2 to 4 p.m. at the restaurant, located at 159 Marlin Drive, Greenwood. All money raised will be used to sponsor the football team at the annual Special Olympics Airplane Pull at the Indianapolis Airport.
Donations to support the team also can be made to Special Olympics Johnson County and sent to Greenwood High School, 615 W. Smith Valley Road, Greenwood.
