Residential mortgage lender Ruoff Home Mortgage announced that Donnie Dodson was the top loan originator for the Greenwood office during June.
The top spot in each branch office and the company is based on the number of closed loans during the month, as compared to their fellow peers.
Dodson has been with Ruoff Home Mortgage since May 2015. He has won the top companywide spot several times.
Dodson works at the Greenwood office, 972 Emerson Parkway, Suite C.
Jason Royer and Dustin Royer, owners of RAMS Investing, a Greenwood-based real estate investment company, were chosen to join the Big50 Class of 2016 by Remodeling magazine.
Remodeling magazine has been putting together their Big50 Class since 1986.
