INDIANAPOLIS
Robert Williams Hines, 98, of Indianapolis, died Saturday, July 9, 2016.
He is survived by two children, Laqueta Hines Frodge (Paul) of Greenwood and Ronald J. Hines (Cheryl) of Indianapolis; and one grandson.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Watt Hines; and his son, Jarrold Richard Hines.
Visitation will be 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday at G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis, with a funeral service to be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Southside Animal Shelter, 1614 W. Edgewood Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46217; or to Pleasant Run United Church of Christ, 59 E. Pleasant Run Parkway South Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46225.
