GREENWOOD
Lou Ann Wiltsee, 83, of Greenwood, passed away Monday, July 11, 2016.
She was born March 6, 1933, in Indianapolis, to the late Jesse P. and Ophelia Hancock.
She retired from teaching English at John Marshall Junior High School in 1991 and was the owner of Merry Maids on Stop 11 Road.
Survivors include her loving son, Bruce E. (Veronica) Wiltsee; granddaughter, Kelly (Gerard) Lasley; daughter-in-law, Sharon Wiltsee; grandchildren, Thomas (Juana) Nichols, Steve Nichols, Tammy (Tommy) Mosson and Christina Alderson; and 17 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her loving son, Martin L. Wiltsee; and her three brothers, Hank, Kenneth and Carl Hancock.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis, with services following at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Second Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
