INDIANAPOLIS
Chuck Green, 61, of Indianapolis, died Sunday, July 10, 2016.
Survivors include his wife, Kellie Green; mother, Georgia Green; brother, Mark (Amy) Green; sister, Judy (Bobby) Scott; son, Chris (Jenn) Green; daughters, Sarah (Jerry) Bippus, Sherrie (Will) Allen and Angel (Jeff) Smith; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be 2 to 8 p.m. Friday at G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave, Indianapolis. The funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
