Christopher John Kavanaugh, 42, of Indianapolis, died July 4, 2016.
Survivors include his daughter, Brittany Kavanaugh; mother, Faye Kavanaugh; and sisters, Shelia Kavanaugh and Bobbie Dawn Kavanaugh.
A funeral service will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday at G.H. Herrmann East Street Funeral Home, 1505 S. East St., Indianapolis. Calling will be from 2 p.m. until service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
