Area seniors are invited to Nineveh Senior Center at Johnson County Park this weekend to visit and play games and check out the center’s offerings. The garden party and open house begin at 9 a.m. Friday.
Attendees can enjoy a morning of games, workshops and activities. At noon, there will be a pitch-in lunch, followed by more activities.
The free activity day open to adults aged 50 and up. Organizers ask attendees to bring a side dish to share.
