Fifteen mailboxes were damaged in a Center Grove area neighborhood.
The vandalism happened in the Wakefield West neighborhood, off State Road 37 near Bluff Road, according to a report from the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office.
The resident reported the damage just after 7 a.m. Tuesday, and said it had happened sometime the night before, the report said.
The mailboxes appeared to have been kicked or punched, the report said.
