GREENWOOD
Cliffton Gene Whisner, 69, of Greenwood died Saturday, July 2, 2016, in Greenwood.
Survivors include his four children, Angela (Bruce) Myers and Wendy (Rick) Rosado, both of Greenwood, Matthew (Tiffany) Whisner of Carmel and Landon Whisner of Oklahoma; two stepdaughters, Roxie (George) McDonald of Greenfield and Shelly (Gary) McDowell of Florida; two brothers, Jim (Linda) Whisner and Phil (Connie) Whisner both of Indianapolis; 13 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Judith (Ballinger) Whisner; and a daughter, Tara Whisner.
A funeral service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Jessen Funeral Home, Whiteland Chapel, 729 U.S. 31 North, with visitation from 4 p.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery in Greenwood.
