Survivors include his wife, Elena Raney; son Wendell Lee Raney Jr.; sister, Jill Raney.
Visitation will be 1 to 4 p.m. Tuesday at G.H. Herrmann South East Street Funeral Home, 1505 S. East St., Indianapolis. The funeral service will be conducted at 4 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
