A man was arrested after a resident reported he was exposed and touching himself at a New Whiteland park.
Zachary Daniel Adam Bowman, 21, 109 Hilltop Farms Blvd., New Whiteland, was arrested on a charge of public indecency, possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance.
Police were called to Tot Park in New Whiteland at 8:30 a.m. Thursday by a resident who saw a man expose himself behind a tree. When officers arrived, they found Bowman exposed and touching himself, according to the police report.
When officers searched Bowman, they also found a small bag with what officers suspected was methamphetamine and Suboxone strips, the report said.
Bowman was taken to the Johnson County jail and was released on $3,200 bond.
