INDIANAPOLIS
H. Donald Butcher, 91, Indianapolis, died Thursday, June 23, 2016 .
Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann (Wathen) Butcher; and daughter, Carol Butcher.
Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at G. H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Avenue. A prayer service will be at 9:15 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Holy Name Catholic Church. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, where military rites will be conducted.
