aiti schools benefit from local gameOur Lady of the Greenwood Catholic Church, 335 S. Meridian St., Greenwood, will host a “Name that Tune” competition at 7 p.m. June 24.
Teams will compete in how many tunes they can identify from many different genres. Bring a team or join others to form a team.
Tickets are $10 per person; food and drinks will be available for sale.
All profits will go to support St. Georges School and parish in Bassin-Bleu, Haiti, and nearby mountain schools of the parish.

Scripture, art combined in event
Benedict Inn Retreat & Conference Center, 1402 Southern Avenue, Beech Grove, will offer a program called Praying with Paint on July 20.The event will combine scripture and art and is from 1 to 3 p.m. Cost is $30.
