Toby Dan Fleetwood, 51, of Franklin, died Saturday, June 4, 2016, in Franklin.
He is survived by his wife, Kristie (Bartlett) Fleetwood of Franklin; sons, Adam (Machelle) Young of Indianapolis, Jonas Young of Mooresville, Johnathan (Erika) Young of Indianapolis and Casey Fleetwood of Bedford; brother, Jay (Kathy) Fleetwood of Heltonville; and four grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday at Clear Creek Cemetery in Bloomington.
Jessen Funeral Home, Franklin Chapel is entrusted with arrangements.
