Criminal mischief

200 block of Pratt Street: A woman reported at 4:39 a.m. Friday that someone broke a window on her vehicle.

Theft

1000 block of Creekwood Lane: A man reported at 7:27 p.m. Thursday that fishing poles were missing from his property.

Fraud

3000 block of N. U.S. 31: A woman reported at 2:26 p.m. Thursday that she received a call saying she purportedly owed money to the government. The call was fraudulent.

Shoplifting

Von Maur, 1251 N. U.S. 31: Police responded at 7:51 p.m. Thursday to a report of shoplifting. A man was arrested.

Theft

1100 block of Southbridge Circle: Police responded at 4:08 p.m. Thursday to a report of a missing necklace.

Criminal mischief

2400 block of Longleaf Drive: Police responded at 8:37 a.m. Thursday to a report of several vehicles vandalized with eggs.

Fraud

• 500 block of Valley Way Road, Greenwood: A man reported at 2:17 p.m. Thursday that he received a voicemail from an automated system purporting to be from the IRS. The call was fraudulent.
• 800 block of S. Old U.S. 31, Franklin: A man reported at 10:34 a.m. Thursday that he received a check from a title company. The check was fraudulent.

Criminal mischief

5600 block of S. County Road 550E., Franklin: A woman reported at 4:59 p.m. Thursday that someone broke a window on her vehicle.

Trina L. Hall, 41, 1287 Cottages Way, Apt. B, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of false reporting and a warrant for failure to appear in court; held without bond.

Jose Antonio Montalvo, 43, 748 E. 18th St., Hialeah, Florida; arrested on charges of leaving the scene of an accident with a commercial driver’s license; released on $250 bond.
