GREENWOOD
Jacquelyn Jane Baer, 86, died Monday, May 30, 2016. She was a resident of Greenwood.
She is survived by her sons, Charles Baer and Scott (Kim) Baer; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale C. Baer.
A service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at Simplicity Funeral & Cremation Care, 7520 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
