EDINBURGH
Fran A. Hamilton, 62, passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2016, at her residence in Edinburgh. She was a former longtime resident of Franklin.
She was born Jan. 20, 1954, in Indianapolis to Albert and Matilda (Evans) LaGrange.
She is survived by one sister, Ina Braudt; son, Jaggar (Lisa) Hamilton; daughter, Laci (Jason Fruchey) Hamilton; and grandchildren, Joeli, Kendal, Obi and TJ Hamilton, Garrett and Gabby Hamilton, Skyler Hamilton and Jason Fruchey, Jr.
She was preceded in passing by her parents and son, Logan Hamilton.
She was a graduate of Franklin Community High School.
Fran was employed as a nurse for many years.
She enjoyed playing the guitar and loved fishing and spending time at the beach.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 North Morton Street, (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin.
