Cathy Jean (Fivecoat) Ackerman-Gilles, 54, died on Tuesday, May 17, 2016, at IU Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She was a resident of Gosport and former resident of Brown County.
She is survived by her husband, Gary A. Gilles; children, Paul Ackerman III and Ashley (Aaron) Chandler, both of Bloomington, Carie (Cory) Kelsheimer of Terre Haute, Jason (Victoria) Gilles, John (Jaime) Gilles, Jacob (Andi) Gilles and Danny Gilles, all of California; 14 grandchildren; and siblings, Janet (Tyler) Fivecoat-Asbury, Bill Fivecoat, Robin Morse, Steven Fivecoat and Richard Payton Junior.
A celebration of life service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center, 179 E. Mulberry St., Morgantown. Friends may call from noon until service time at the funeral home.
