An Indianapolis man was arrested on charges of rape and sexual misconduct with a minor.
Jason Vielhaber, 28, 1533 Lawton Ave., was an acquaintance of the victim, Franklin Police Department Deputy Chief Chris Tennell said. Franklin police are not releasing any additional information on the incident.
The Johnson County Prosecutor’s Office is reviewing the case, Prosecutor Brad Cooper said. Cooper will decide what, if any, charges should be filed.
Vielhaber was arrested Sunday and taken to the Johnson County jail, where he is being held on $19,300 bond.
