Johnson County Public Library is adding Sunday hours at the Franklin and White River branches during the summer months.
The Franklin and White River Branches already have been open from 1 to 5 p.m. Sundays from Labor Day through Memorial Day. But starting May 29, the branches will stay open Sundays during the summer months.
Patrons who need library services will be better able to take advantage of resources with the change, according to the library.
The Clark Pleasant and Trafalgar branches will remain closed Sundays.
