Cassandra Lynn Sipes, 14, of Shelbyville, died Sunday May 1, 2016, in Shelbyville.
She is survived by her mother, Susan E. (Cox) Sipes of Greenwood; father, Benjamin A. Sipes of Shelbyville; sister, Kristin Sipes of Muncie; and grandparents, Lonna Hutton, Tom Sipes and Donna Wagner.
No services are planned.
