Where is it?

The Jazz Dinner and Dance is an annual fundraiser for the high school jazz ensemble that will be in the Greenwood Community High School cafeteria.

What songs will be played?

The evening will consist of about three hours of big band, jazz, bossa nova and rock-funk style music provided by the high school jazz ensemble and featuring our two middle school jazz bands.

How many students are involved?

There are approximately 55 performers total from all three bands.

How much are tickets?

Tickets are a preorder purchase from the music department as well as select businesses around Greenwood. The $20 charge provides a catered dinner and music for the evening and entrance to the silent auction.

How long have the students worked on the show?

The kids have been preparing music for the last month or so to fill up three hours of dinner, dancing and auction. It is a great evening for socializing and enjoying music from the big band era.
