INDIANAPOLIS
Lera M. Calvert, 91, of Indianapolis, died April 20, 2016.
Survivors include her son, David Calvert; daughter, Rebecca (Greg) Besser; sister, Fae Mockel; and 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Milburn Calvert.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at G. H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, 222 E. Epler Ave., Indianapolis, with an hour of visitation in the church prior to service. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
