Franklin chosen again for Google summit

Hundreds of teachers and administrators will come back to Franklin next year to learn more about using technology in the classroom.

Google has again chosen Franklin Community High School to host the annual Google Apps for Education summit for a third time. The summit includes keynote speakers and sessions taught by teachers from local schools and across the nation, sharing tips and tricks of Google products and how to use them in the classroom.

More than 640 teachers and administrators attended this year’s summit, up from more than 500 last year.

Next year’s Google summit is set for April 8 and 9.
