Phoebe Lucinda Bartley, 69, of Mooresville, died on Tuesday, April 12, 2016.
She is survived by her husband, Brady Bartley; her children, Eric Bartley of Indianapolis and Melissa Higgins of Greenwood; siblings, Abby McWilliams of Chicago, Becky McWilliams of Gainesville, Georgia, Sherrell (Richard) Niemeyer of Indianapolis and Jim McWilliams of Cape Canaveral, Florida; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood, 1977 S. State Road 135, with visitation from 11 a.m. until service time.
