FRANKLIN

Kaleb M. Buck, 18, of Franklin, passed away Friday, April 8, 2016, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

He was born March 22, 1998, at Franciscan St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis to Michael L. and Teresa L. (Townsend) Buck. He was a 2016 graduate of Franklin Community High School where he was an honorary member of the Franklin Community High School baseball team.

He was a member of Victory Christian Church in Franklin. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping and being outdoors. He was an avid Boston Red Sox fan and was blessed to have developed a personal relationship with Brock Holt.

He loved hanging out with and teasing his friends and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his parents, Michael L. and Teresa L. (Townsend) Buck of Franklin; brother, Kody G. Buck of Franklin; maternal grandparents, Harold E. and Judi A. (Yocum) Townsend of Franklin; paternal grandparents, Calvin and Julia A. (Hestand) Buck of Greenwood, aunts and uncles, Tamara and Ron Hoffmann of Franklin and Jimmie and Melissa Buck of Whiteland; cousins, Brandon Hoffmann, Lauren Hoffmann, Erika Hoffmann, Olivia Hoffmann, Colton Buck, Jessica Buck, and Alex Prock (Derek), and several great aunts and uncles.

The Revs. Larry McAdams and Josh Cadwell will conduct a service at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 U.S. 31 South (Morton Street) in Franklin. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Franklin Community High School gymnasium, 2600 Cumberland Drive, Franklin. Burial will be in Second Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Franklin.
