Thefts

• Walmart, 2125 N. U.S, 31: A loss prevention officer reported at 5:14 p.m. Thursday that she was switching tags on clothing. Drugs and drug paraphernalia were found during a search. She was arrested.
• 1000 block of Graham Street: A man reported at 7:08 p.m. Wednesday that someone stole a bike. The person who took the bike was found and arrested.

Personal injury accident

11:30 a.m. Thursday — Smith Valley Road and Clearview Drive. Sabryna A. Bowman, 17, Greenwood and Kevin Steinmetz, 29, Greenwood. Bowman reported a knee/lower leg/foot pain.

Property damage accidents

• 2:51 p.m. Thursday — U.S. 31S.,and Village Lane.
• 10:09 a.m. Thursday — Worthsville Road and Sheek Road. 

Johnson County

Fraud

4500 block of S. County Road 537E, Franklin: A man reported at 5:03 p.m. Thursday that someone purporting to be from the IRS called and said that they were arresting him for a tax warrant. The call was fraudulent.

James Richard Allen, 51, 559 Parkway St., Whiteland; arrested on charges of invasion of privacy; held without bond. 

Nicholas Anthony Marshall, 22, Spearsville Road, Trafalgar; arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana/hashish; released on $1,000 bond.

Devon Tyler McMullen, 19, 198 S. Water St., Apt. B, Franklin; arrested on charges of criminal mischief and an out of county warrant; held without bond.

Kimberly R. Kersey, 40, 2721 Dawnlake Drive, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of bond forfeiture; held without bond.

Carol Rene Centers, 26, 452 W. Hinshaw Drive, Nineveh; arrested on charges of theft, possession of marijuana/hashish, possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and possession of cocaine/narcotic/methamphetamine; held on $5,250 bond.

Danielle N. Hause, 35, 2006 Glenbridge Drive, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $500 bond.

Sean Paul Siegman Jr., 37, 82 Highland Ave., Franklin; arrested on a charge of theft/receiving stolen property; held on $2,000 bond.
