Marvin G. Plummer

FRANKLIN

Marvin G. Plummer, 76, passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2016, in Franklin. He was a longtime resident of Franklin.

He was born Oct. 24, 1939, in Indianapolis to Marvin B. and Helen (Ketring) Plummer.

Marvin married Judith Ann (Snider) on Feb. 16, 1963. She preceded him in passing Sept. 20, 1992.

He is survived by their daughter, Michelle Plummer of Franklin. He was preceded in passing by his parents, Marvin B. and Helen; and two brothers, Marshall and Richard Plummer.

Marvin was a 1957 graduate of Clark High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He was employed by Eli Lilly & Co. as a parts manager in the aviation department. He retired in 1993.

He was a member of Hopewell Presbyterian Church in Franklin.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Hopewell Cemetery in Franklin.
