Vivian Harris, 72, of Greenwood, passed away Sunday, March 27, 2016.
She was born May 7, 1943, in Copperhill, Tennessee, to the late W.N. and Ada (Curtis) Self.
Vivian really enjoyed spending time with her family and being a grandmother. Her hobbies included cooking and crochet.
Vivian was a 1961 Copper Basin High School graduate. Following graduation, she married the love of her life, Cecil H. Harris on March 11, 1961.
Survivors include her sons, Cecil Kevin Harris (Brandi Kendall) of Greenwood, and Michael Dwayne Harris (Melissa) of Columbus; daughter, Sandy Couch, of Lakeland, Florida; six granddaughters, Shelby Raye Harris, Shania Dawn Harris, Sadie Jamison Otte, Ashley Couch, Kaliah East and Quincy East; three grandsons, Samuel Lee Harris, Brandon Hendershot and Corbin East; and her four legged fury friend, Cruizer.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 51 years, Cecil H. Harris.
Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at G.H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home, 1605 S. State Road 135. The funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
