INDIANAPOLIS
Herman W. Lewis, 91, of Indianapolis, died Saturday, March 19, 2016.
Survivors include his daughter, Candis (Stephen) Crays; sister, Mary Peters; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death his daughter, Chyrl Tatum and son Michael Lewis.
Services will be at noon Thursday at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service, Greenwood Chapel, 481 W. Main St., Greenwood, with visitation starting at 10 a.m. before the service Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Washington Park North Cemetery.
