Brook A. Wooldridge, 47, died Feb. 19, 2016, at Franciscan St. Francis Health in Indianapolis. He was a resident of Martinsville
Survivors include his daughter, Brooke D. Wooldridge of Illinois; parents, Ernie and Laura Wooldridge of Nineveh; sister, Vicky Wooldridge of Martinsville; and brother, Casey (Nancy) Wooldridge of Trafalgar.
A celebration of life service will be at 7 p.m. today at the Midway Separate Baptist Church, 8329 State Road 135 N, Morgantown. Friends and family may join in a food pitch-in with fellowship starting at 4 p.m. until service time at the church.
Cremation services have been entrusted to Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center in Morgantown.
