Gateway Services of Johnson County is hosting a doggone good party Feb. 27.

This event will bring together the community’s love of dogs and funds to support people with disabilities.

The inaugural Puppy Pawlooza will feature unique accessories for your dogs, a pet communicator, service dogs, a dog photo contest and more.

The free event will be 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at North Grove Elementary School, 3280 Fairview Road, Greenwood.

Dogs can show off their tricks and talents. Prizes will be awarded to the winners. Dogs must be on leashes for the event.

Gateway Services provides advocacy and services for individuals with disabilities. Its mission is to assist persons with disabilities in fulfilling their potential through community involvement, meaningful employment, and increasing independence.
