GREENWOOD
Evelyn Delores (Fahrner) Kurtz, 86, of Greenwood and formerly of Franklin Township in Indianapolis, died Sunday, Feb. 21, 2016, at Greenwood Meadows.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Keith Kurtz.
She is survived by sister, Doris (James) Sorg of Indianapolis; four children, Vaughn K. (Anita) Kurtz of Homosassa, Florida, Vicki L. Kurtz of Greenwood, Kevin N. Kurtz of Fort Wayne and Natalie (Bob) Bohannon of Greenwood; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturday at G.H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home, 1605 S. State Road 135, with services following at 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.
