Clifford K. Hinshaw

ZIONSVILLE

Clifford K. Hinshaw, 54, of Zionsville, passed away Feb. 20, 2016.

He was born Nov. 9, 1961, to the late George and Sandy Hinshaw in Indianapolis.

Cliff graduated from Indiana University and worked for many years as a teacher and most recently in the computer industry. While at IU Cliff met the love of his life, his wife of 31 years, Carol.

He was known for his very bright smile, contagious laugh, his passion for IU, and his admiration of his dogs, Teddy and Casper.

Cliff leaves behind his wife, Carol; their two dogs; his sister, Paula Hinshaw; brother-in-law, Gary (Vickie) Coburn and their children, Andy (Rachel) Coburn, Matt (Michelle) Coburn and Tim (Jessica) Coburn; and sister-in-law, Nancy (Gary) Hilton and their children, Jennifer (Brandon) Willford, Chris Hilton and Michelle (Nate) Yoder. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

One niece preceded him in death, Brittany Thompson Swegman.

Friends and family are invited to gather from 4:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday and 9:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Flanner and Buchanan-Zionsville, 105 W. Pine St., Zionsville.
